WEEKLY PRICE LIST 2010.

Offer “Early Booking”: -10% discount for a reservations within  15. May (not valid in  the period 07-21 August)

Offer “Long Holiday” : -5% discount for a 3 week stay , -10% discount for 4 week stay.

Offer “Singles”: -10% discount for only 1 person in studio apart.  Mary or  Saba

Offer “Seniors” : -5% discount for only 2 persons in 2-roomed apart.  Elena

Prices include: Air conditioning, T.V.-Sat, safe, direct-dial telephone, hairdryer, electricity/gas/water consumption, taxes ; the use of a  fully furnished flat with kitchen utensils. Free bicycle hire.
Cabin to change  and a  beach-umbrella (by renting at least 2 sun chairs for 1 week  )

Supplementary charges :
Compulsory final cleaning to be paid on the spot: Mary and Saba € 40,00  -  Elena and Adria  € 60,00.
At the departure required clean kitchen , if dirty extra charge of  €  25,00
The compulsory final clean will be doubled in the presence of smal pets (on previous request).

Remarks:
- The above weekly stay  is to be intended  from Saturday to Saturday
- The check in  begins between 4 p.m. and 8 pm. and the check out  at 10 a.m.
- Compulsory returnable deposit € 200,00.for each  appartement.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. On booking a deposit equal to 30% of the total sum must be paid, this amount must be paid to Residence Hotel Queen within at least 10 days of the actual booking which will be considered as confirmed on the receipt of the deposit. If the client does not adhere to this condition Residence Hotel Queen reserves the right to cancel the actual booking. The deposit may be sent by bank transfer or postal order. Bookings may be made via telephone, fax, letter or internet.
2. The assignment of the apartment depends on availability, and eventual preferences will be satisfied wherever possible according to availability.
3. In the event that a booking is cancelled, Residence Hotel Queen gives the possibility to deduct the deposit for a future reservation which can be made within the current year. The cancellation is requested by letter or e.mail at least 15 days before the arrival
4. Guests may arrive on Saturdays from 04:00 p-m. Guests should depart on Saturdays and must leave the apartment by and no later than 10.00.In the event that guests should not arrive on the day expected, they arrive or leave earlier for reasons of their own, they have to inform Residence Hotel Queen and reductions or refunds are not provided for.
5. The payment for your stay must be completed on arrival during check-in by cash, cheque, credit card.
6. On arrival caution money to the sum of € 200 must be paid. In the event of no damage the caution money will be returned on departure.
7. The arrival of more people than those declared on the booking form (even children) it is not allowed. Additional person 10% on the stay (only in some predisposed apartments)
8. Little animals are allowed only up on request at booking and the compulsory final cleaning will be doubled.
9. Guests must follow the house rules of Residence Hotel Queen with special regard to the silence during the sleeping hours or they can be sent away.
