CLEANING (minimum price): Mono € 40,00 - Bilo € 60,00 - Three rooms from € 70.00
(to be paid on departure after checking the apartment)
TAX (payable by the customer) € 10,50 per person.
€ 1.50 per person per day for the first 7 days.
EXTRA ON REQUEST:
Linen rental: Lenz. Doubles. € 10.00 - Lenz. sing. € 8.00 - € 6.00 Towel-set
Garage storage with video surveillance Car Auto € 120,00 - Moto € 60.00 - € 30.00 Bike
Cleaning service time € 20,00 per hour. Washer € 3.50 - € 3.50 Tumble
Upon arrival you will need:
Security deposit € 200.00 in cash (to be returned unless damages at departure).
Balance of the monthly fee (The remaining monthly balances will always pay in advance every month).
For departure, notify at least 10 days before the month runs out.
